The first roast of the day is whichever bean is most in demand that day. Several coffee blends may have beans in common so the largest roast is done first, early in the morning. This roast will be set aside to cool as more origins are roasted. throughout the day, more origins are roasted separately. In the afternoon, each order is blended using the precise recipe of beans for that blend. Sometimes, some blends won’t be ready in time. In that case, it can take another few days for every constituent to be roasted. This is just the nature of hand roasting and blending different beans.
Towards the end of the day, each blend is bagged, labeled and made ready for the couriers who pick it up every evening. You’ll receive a notification by email when your order is on its way. Then all you have to do is wait a little longer. If you’re a repeat customer, you’ll know already that it’s worth waiting for.
